Pros

Great at preventing a sales team from growing and achieving goals. Although mid-level and individual contributors are good people to work with.

Cons

The organization lacks transparency and has an unhealthy work culture. You're asked to work various channels, hit your quota, and a team player to only be let go with no valid reason. Top that off they don't like to keep their word on paying commission even after you've been let go.

CEO and COO do not have any business conduct CEO bullies and micromanages people No vision, no product, no execution. Short runway C suites don't listen. They are aware of Glassdoor feedback but they question the legitimacy and do not acknowledge the feedback.
