- Flexible schedule - Laid back coworkers - Clueless management - Low expectations for employees - Common benefits, nothing out of the ordinary

Cons

- Low pay - Constant project change due to short contracts - Poor communication top down - Not a place to learn the trending tech stacks - Questionable business outlook

Pros

Great work culture. Coworkers are really good people and a great deal of fun. Work can vary and have unique challenges which is enjoyable and allows constant learning. While pay is lower on average, benefits are very good.

Cons

Lower pay, lack of work/life balance, and internal workflow is difficult (though improving) and puts strain on employees. Disconnect between management and employees needs/wants.

Pros

* Fun place to work * Developers encourage and support each other, and offer help to junior devs who want to grow * Some products are exciting using exciting technologies * Senior management tends to listen to developers * Testing and best practices are encouraged, and teams can push to clear out tech debt * Teams are truly given ability to self-organize to accomplish tasks how they see fit * Company events aren't often big things, but nice, smaller ones that everyone can enjoy. (One big thing was killed because COVID)

Cons

* Still growing a lot, which comes with growing pains * Salaries are slowly creeping up to expectations, but still kinda low
