Unlimited Time Off. Food trucks. Good pay for the area and industry. Friendly people.

Cons

Software Development is Messy due to lack of specialists. Everyone has to wear multiple roles. Struggles with Evaluations and Placement. Struggles to Balance Military and Software Cultures.
