Friendly people - everyone kind, welcoming and happy to help Great benefits - free travel, lunch when in the office and a lifestyle allowance

Cons

Could do with better digital systems as sometimes this seems a little behind It is supposedly a flat organisation but this doesn’t feel like it works as the company gets bigger
