Pros

It is an innovative company and its leader Andrew Horton is smart and approachable. Free lunch was a nice perk.

Cons

Since it is flat there is little room for advancement. upper management is mostly male and old school British. They do not treat employees across the pond equitably. Do not support telecommuting options.
