Good technology and fast paced environment

Cons

lack of communication from the top, lots of time wasting meetings and an overwhelming work load. Very hard to keep up as a new employee.

Difficult upwards trajectory

Pros

Work alongside good people, not micro-managed mostly left alone to do your work. Good benefits including free in office lunches, fitness reimbursement, occasional mental health days.

Cons

Difficult to move up in company especially from underwriting assistant to Underwriter. Don't develop or focus on internal talent.
