Pros

Beazley employs expert Underwriters and smart Claims managers. Competitive benefits + free lunch, commuter reimbursement and fitness reimbursement.

Cons

Working from home is frowned upon, culture of the team became very political. Overly underpaid because of the "PRP" program and does not relate to experience.

Pros

Free lunch, great people, good benefits

Cons

Zero career development. They claim to make a push to promoting from within but they consistently hire external while all the internal talent is leaving. They fail to even notice nor care about talented employees looking to move up.
