Moving up in the company can take a while. Besides doing good work, it's pretty dependent on timing and luck.

Caring and inclusive environment. Great culture. Benefits that are hard to rival. Attractive offices in major cities - but you are free to work hybrid.

Cons

Balancing work and life is harder in a mostly remote environment with globally distributed teams that you're expected to engage with.
