Flat Structure & Too Much Politics

Good benefits. Salary not competitive.

Cons

Mid/Senior management very biased. Hard work is never appreciated. Very flat structure where sucking up gets you fat instead of hard work and talent/experience.

Great company let down by HR.

Great organisation with hardworking, experienced, passionate and dedicated ground staff.

Cons

Let down terrible by the racist, hateful, lack of empathy and ignorant Human Resource team in Birmingham. They lack insight and the ability to think for themselves. They are controlled by inexperienced, terrible, corrupt managers. They do not represent the majority of the staff team, they lack direction and will do anything to please departmental managers.
