      It's a great organization, and many of the managers are really friendly.

      Cons

      Permanent employees receive a lunch stipend, but temporary workers do not, which is unfair.

      Flat Structure and Limited Growth

      Fancy office and free lunch

      Cons

      Promotions are nearly impossible due to the flat structure so Claims Managers have limited growth opportunities. Managers are puppets all afraid of the Claims department heads. Employees are afraid to share opinions bc one wrong word will have you fired. Heard mentality and backstabbing all around due to poor work culture. Systems are dated and you are expected to work long hours to get the job done.
