Benefits Travel expenses Lunch paid Monthly Lifestyle allowance for everyone Bonuses Systems

Cons

Systems are outdated and unfit for purpose resulting in tasks taking 3x as long as very manual.

Cons

Very toxic culture and it's difficult to get things done because of poor leadership. They do not value loyalty either, they are very open about how replaceable they think you are
