Pros

I've worked at multiple insurance companies in my career and Beazley has by far the strongest culture. Much more supportive and less rigid than some of the larger carriers. Good benefits.

Cons

Lots of video calls. It helps establish relationships with coworkers but it can be a bit of a transition.
