Pros

Great people, great benefits, great work-life balance.

Cons

The structure of the company is a bit convoluted - based out of London (w/ a Lloyd's syndicate) with ops in many countries, including the US. London runs the show! Management is very strict on Calendars. Meetings will be scheduled on your behalf whether you want them or not.
