Pros

Really friendly colleagues that have been helpful from the first day. An abundance of knowledge internally with so many opportunities to speak to colleagues with experience from the insurance industry and beyond. Great employee benefits including commuting costs being covered and lunch.

Cons

No clear structure for career progression as the organisation has a flat structure.
