Progressive benefits (6 months parental leave, 3 month sabbatical, great PTO, lifestyle allowance, free lunch, office travel allowance) Collaborative teams Internal promotions Flexible WFH

Cons

Hard to get the culture back after WFH in certain offices. People don't want to come in to work and Beazley doesn't require anyone to come in certain days.
