Free lunches and flexible hybrid structure

Everyone in the company is so welcoming from the start I felt like a part of the family in Beazley. Sarah, Malcolm and Martin made me feel like such an important part of the team despite my short stay and I was sad to leave. I'd recommend anyone to join this company as everything about it is so positive, you're listened to, appreciated and valued. I decided to take a different career path, which is why I left, however I've been made to feel I can always return if I wished to, it's nice to know the door isn't necessarily shut. I've never known a company to be so supportive! It was also my first time working from home and the daily catch ups I had with Sarah really helped put me at ease with it all. Martin also ensured the team had weekly catch ups and quizes which I enjoyed, although I wasn't so good at the quizzes! Malcolm embraced a project I put forward early on when I first joined Beazley and has been so easy to talk to.....I honestly can't say enough about everyone!! The benefits package is also brilliant and they really look after their staff, when I was in the office I got free lunch, I had my train ticket paid for and I loved that Beazley also have a social room for events. They really do put people together here, overall I've had a great experience.
