The team are extremely diverse, all so friendly, you feel valued as an employee, you are always being developed and pushed towards progressional opportunities, you feel valued, offices are beautiful to work in, flexi-hours enable you to work around personal appointments etc,

Cons

I personally haven't come up against any cons for working for this company in the three and a half months I have been here. They treat me well and I feel valued as an employee. We have lots of social events and catch ups organised regularly so you never feel isolated.
