      Pros

      At Beazley, it is a company who always wants to improve. The finance function is always growing with new hires and new entities requiring addition head count. Good chance to be promoted internally.

      Cons

      Pressure can be high with tight deadlines to meet objectives. Location is slightly out of the way in Dublin but will suit some people.
