Pros

Everyone is so friendly. Fast paced but this is very dependent on which team you are in. Bonus and Benefits are the best in the market. Salary for UAs are way better if it’s your second job.

Cons

Very strict on headcount , most UAs have to leave even if they don’t necessarily want to in order to progress their career.
