The team are all excellent, friendly and have a healthy view on work-life balance. The compensation and benefits are very good. The work is challenging and interesting. There is a strong sense of culture here that is felt from team level to management.

Cons

The company has a complex structure and is fast-paced, which can be quite intense at the beginning.
