Pros

tremendous amount of work all over the country. Fair wages and perdiem.

Cons

supervision in a lot of circumstances are unqualified and related to persons in upper management. they also assume that having passed the NCCER makes you a real journeyman without considering the experience level. that is a test that you can study for and in no way proves that you are a qualified journeyman.
