Learn a lot on mega billion dollar projects, proper training, experienced professionals to learn from, and you get to work across several functions rather than remaining in one position

Cons

Management is old and many decisions made turn into political stand points for the sake of cost cutting. Excessive work hours that makes it hard to balance between work and social life.
