- The people I've worked with at Bechtel are friendly (not a toxic work environment) - The work has been enjoyable (lots to be done), while still having work-life balance.

Cons

- This is specific to my area (for others interested in the Sustainability / Environmental industry) there are other EPC companies that seem more committed / ahead of Bechtel - If working a functional or corporate role, you may notice teams working in silos. Enterprise / cross-communication could be better. - Parental leave isn't a full 12 weeks but they just started providing covered short-term disability

None that proved what I thought of them prior to being employed

Cons

Probationary employment contracts even for seasoned professionals which means easy termination. BS reaons for termination - the FW Commission has received a complaint from me and the ombudsman, re pay, is aobut to receive one.
