Pros

Solid knowledge, well organized, many areas for engineering development. Overtime is well paid. Internal training development is very good. Personnel appreciation and motivation is embedded in the company culture.

Cons

Same projects all the time, not a lot of projects in the pipeline, overstaffing and lay-off frequently. Overtime is all the time. To much foreing resources in all disciplines causing preferences.
