Pros

A lot of space of space to grow 1 to 1 meeting with managers are not just about work but personal life The company really care about your overall well being and everyone enjoys each others company

Cons

Honestly... no real cons. Because the company is growing there are minor pains felt with that but we always talk through them and figure it out as a team. NO CONS

Pros

Excellent culture and really close team. Leadership cares about your development and you as a person. Can easily talk one to one with CEO if you desired. Company is growing extremely fast and there are lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Not a lot of guidance on day to day so it’s great if your a self starter but may be challenging for those that need more direction.
