Better quality of life with my family, decent pay for job, clean store, family environment

Cons

No advancement opportunitites I feel, no bonus opportunity for mid-management, have wrong person in SDMGR position-very UNPOSITIVE

Very great salary for the hours worked. it has definatly given me great exposure to new and cutting edge products. A very great company that empowers you to take care of the customers and a do what it takes mentality.

Cons

46 hour work weeks which turn into 50 plus. when you are salary it is all frees time. very clickish once you get to the keyholder position. alot of the store managers started with the dm and have worked with them for years.
