Pros
In a single word.. Purpose! You, as an employee, are a part of a larger entity with Beeline where your contributions are visible throughout the company. Your actions and decisions will assist to drive client direction, company initiatives and the overall growth of Beeline. You become part of a family where you want to be a better person and employee.
Cons
Nothing really. The pay could always be better, but what person doesn't think that they are worth more than they really are?? :) Beeline does stay fairly competitive, but there is obviously some gray area there for some. I have seen that external people coming in directly to certain positions do tend to get a significant financial leg up on individuals that have been here for a while, but that is just the nature of timing.
