Pros

There are some great teams to works with and be a part of. The company as a whole works as a team and are welcoming and helpful-- there are always a few outliers but the majority are awesome people to work with.

Cons

There are certain departments that do not know how to invest in their employees to help them move forward in their career and get them where they want to be.

Some of the best Pro's of working at Beeline are the amazing benefits package, great leadership team who always support their staff, along with a CEO who genuinely cares about the employees of Beeline.

Cons

Pay could be better, and better opportunities for promotion based on more than just tenure with company.
