      Great work and life balance Everyone is friendly and willing to make the time to assist you with any business need CEO has a great energy & hunger Growing product

      The system works great and some modifications to UI are underway already so my only criticism would be that

      no opportunities for equity, company 401k match dependent on financial performance rather than guaranteed.

      - Benefits/Salary package - CWS niche market and they are industry leaders and there aren't many competitors - Training material, there is plenty available

      Cons

      - Lacking management and the support does not exist - You struggle to get support from any of the team as they are always busy
