Pros
It is not very often that a company truly displays the corporate culture they lure you in with. However, from day one until day 1000+ I've been amazed by how this group of people sticks together and help and support each other in any way they can. Not just in the good times but even during times when things like economical stability and job security are certainties anymore. Senior management always used an honest and direct way of communicating with the rest of the company.
