      Pros

      You are rewarded for your effort and we work together to solve problems. All companies have challenges "that's why its called work", but Beemac has a purpose and provides a good environment for their employees to be successful.

      Cons

      Not for everyone, it is a high pace environment and is very rewarding if you can keep up. If you cannot and are not looking for adventure and recognition, this is not a place for you.
