Pros

Local work, close to home and your income is based on your productivity.. how hard you work determines how much you earn. Management and office staff are absolutely down to earth and friendly. The dispatchers on the local dedicated account are absolute gems! Have varied opportunities outside the local account especially for owner operators ( flatbed OTR, oversized, specialized, sand can for oil wells etc)

Cons

None whatsoever except You have to work alongside drivers who complain constantly yet don’t want to put effort into their job.

They pick and choose what to pay their employees, not what the employee actually earns. Go look for a company that will pay you what you've earned, this company is a crock of crap

Was a full time position but laid off after 6.5 months

Cons

Pay and benefits not good. No privacy at your work desk. Hard work goes unappreciated. No raises or bonuses. High ranking executives go to work whenever they feel like it. For the first 4-5 months, there was no structure or organization to my department.
