Ignorant management that doesn't help/know HOW to help. Employee owned company, which is their excuse for the extremely low pay and PTO. I'm not kidding, McDonald's probably gives better PTO. Health insurance? A joke. It's either so expensive per pay, or you can get the moderately priced insurance and pay an arm and a leg for appointments and medicine. Called a 'team' a 'hive' but make no mistake, you are not on a team. If you work in the backend, you have to treat the front end as your customer. Which means your 'team' can disrespect, swear at, and be overall HORRIBLE to you, and get no repercussions (yes, even if you go to HR about the way they talk/treat you). They preach 'quality over quantity' yet would make their offshore billers stay late... ALOT just so they billed a high quantity. Speaking of outsourcing, thats the reason the job I held for 3 years was eliminated. Beemac thought it was best to save money and eliminate my position in the US, so they could give it to someone in Columbia. Clearly care more about saving a dollar then having good quality work done. Didnt offer another position in a different department. They don't pay out PTO, you don't get to keep your health insurance for the rest of the month, (whether you paid for it out of your check already or not) Oh also, they had a incentive that all employees who gave them a good review online would be entered to win a amazon gift card. So don't believe all the good reviews.
