Flexible hours and ESOP options.

Cons

Too many to list. The CEO is not qualified and has a serious god complex. Don't ever expect upper management to work with the team. They just expect results, with no guidance. I don't know the details of the ESOP, but I would be interested to see if the CEO lasts. Hopefully they kick him to the curb.

Senior Management- they are attentive to their employees and drivers when they have the time. My co workers were amazing. The owner is a genuine caring man, who interacts with all his employees.

Cons

Lower level management is horrible, communication is 0 to none between departments. Made me dread coming to work daily
