The work environment is fast paced and challenging daily but through training and mentorship programs you will receive all the tools you need to be successful and advance your career.

Cons

Transportation and Logistics is a challenging field with long and sometime nontraditional hours. It you like a routine that's the same everyday this field is not for you however if a challenging and rewarding place to work with a bright future look no further.

Pros

It's a really good company run by really good people who want to do the right thing, for both their customers and their employees. I worked at a local competitor a number of years ago and I was hesitant to get back into the industry because of that experience, I can assure you that the culture at Beemac is 180 degrees different and I am beyond glad that I came to work here. If you're considering coming to work at Beemac, I could not recommend it more. Feel free to talk to the current employees to see why it's different than other companies in the industry.

I've been here for 14-months and I've yet to find one.

Overly supportive leadership and management team! Employee owned company through an ESOP, which creates a work first, caring workforce who truly want the best for the success of the company and each other. Work Life balance is embedded into the culture. Drivers are Beemac's top priority.

Cons

Operating in hyper-growth mode, lots going on, must be up for a challenge
