Pros

Supportive and positively engaging environment. The company keeps it fun while hitting goals. Lots of long tenured employees and everyone cares about each other - family oriented as well.

Cons

It would be awesome if the base pay was higher but this is pretty standard for the industry.

Pros

It's not like life insurance. Most of the stores are already lined up to sell product. It's pretty much ordering for truck to shelf. You have to potential to earn money each month

Cons

Sometimes bonuses are harder to get due to stores not wanting additional stock and upper management wants you to just send it more.
