-Poor Merchandiser Management on the part of leads -No Accountability of other departments leading to a higher workload for merchandisers -When Merchandisers themselves communicates the grievances absolutely nothing occurs or they get disciplined -Poor ineffective communication on the part of leads -Some store locations are not only gross but some are also rude to merchandisers -Merchandising leads will use profane and disrespectful language to employees -Multiple Leads have had temper tantrums -Little opportunity for career growth -Threats to cut hours and when you agree to it they never actually cut your hours -Low employee morale -At a couple merchandising department meetings I attended upper management bragged about record sales and never gave raises to the merchandising department -Will make up a list of grievances and they are totally fabricated because no disciplinary action was taken. -While most coworkers are good people there are quite a few that have a highschool mentality and spread rumors
