Pros

Working as a Behavior Technician while I was in school was one of the most rewarding and formative experiences I’ve had. The company truly invests in its team—trainings were thorough, supervisors were approachable and always willing to answer questions, and I felt supported every step of the way. I especially appreciated the flexibility they offered with scheduling, which made it possible to balance my academic load without compromising the quality of care I gave my clients. The kids and families I worked with made every shift meaningful, and the staff created a culture of encouragement, professionalism, and purpose. I learned so much—not just about ABA, but about patience, communication, and teamwork.

Cons

As with any role in this field, some days were emotionally or physically draining, especially when working through challenging behaviors. That said, I always felt I had a safety net in my supervisors and coworkers, which made even the hardest days manageable.

Pros

The center was a nice environment. There was a schedule some days for the kiddos and it was a bit more structured than in-home sessions.

Cons

There weren’t any in my opinion.

Thank you for leaving a review for us. We appreciate your time and commitment during your two years working with us. At Behavior Frontiers, we attempt to provide flexibility for our clients by providing services in different settings such as homes, clinics, and schools. Care programs are based on a client’s individualized goals rather than the setting of services. Since we work with different goals and behaviors, no two programs will be the same. For instance, some programs will extend for a longer or shorter sessions depending on the number of lessons for that respective client. Supervisors also shadow session to ensure progress is met and provide support – during this time, we encourage our team to voice concerns regarding their client’s program or individual struggles. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
