Upward Movement Needs Improving

Pros

Everyone I work with closely has been great and easy to integrate with.

Cons

Leadership and HR are too focused on professional improvements of center staff only. Great programs have been put into place to advance the careers of center staff, but no such programs or upward movement aids have been implemented for home office staff. This looks like leadership does not care about home office staff or aiding them to grow with the company at all. RCM was allowed to hire 3 new management/leadership roles from outsode the company and all 3 came from the exact same previous company.
