Pros

I met my best friends there and gained my love for ABA.

Cons

BI cares about 1 thing and 1 thing only. Money. Their therapy is all about quantity over quality. They would rather hire horrible therapists so they can get more kids. More kids means more money. They don’t care if the kids are getting pour quality therapy. The work environment is so chaotic that your mental health will drain and the company DOES NOT pour into their staff. When you treat the people who essentially keep your company running like crap you have high turn over. Which is what BI has. When you invest in the people who keep your company a float you will see lower turn over and better quality therapy. I wish one day BI will learn.
