Pros

Center is aesthetically pleasing. Toys and materials are readily available. Follow cdc guidelines for covid-19. Business hours are good (8am-6pm).

Cons

Does not put the interest of a client first. Money hungry company. Little to none clinical guidance from corporate office. There is no training for employees. Poor leadership in the centers and corporate. Does not provide hours promised when interviewing for the job.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate and value your feedback and realize that things did not work out at Behavioral Innovations. The goal is and always been putting kiddos first and that is at the forefront of everything we do. We have great people and great leaders within the organization that strive every day to deliver quality care. Would like to better understand clinical guidance and if you would be open to furthering the discussion around guidance and training. Please reach out to HR@bi-aba.com
