Pros

Good place to start off mental health career.

Cons

Pay. They have a pay ladder system and it’s not the best. Mental health workers of any kind i feel should make more than $16 an hour even if there just starting off . It’s a very rewarding job but a quite difficult one that is underpaid.

Pros

Working with children and educating kids. Learning to communicate and build relationships with autistic kids. The management is compassionate and caring at the South Arlington Location.

Cons

The pay is not great for the work you do. The job overall is not easy and it takes a lot of patience and love for children to do.
