      Pros

      Behr is a great place to work. They value their employees and give them the opportunity to learn new technologies if they show interest. They also value work life balance.

      Cons

      Compensation may not be at the top compared to other large corporations but the other benefits out way that in my opinion.

      Having a very large customer can be a blessing and a curse Compassion for customers and employees can sometimes fog objectivity Belonging to a multi-division company has pluses and minuses.
