      it is one of the anand group of companies.& got a chance to work with that company by transfering from chennai to pune.i.e mando brake systems india.ltd.

      its very good company.but i need to change my department so i left that company

      Stable, slow-growing company. Impact of economic and housing slowdown is present but not as great as might be expected. New products are constantly being worked on and introduced. Recognized as a "best" place to work in OC.

      A bit slow-paced at times. Some departments are not as aggressive in innovation.

      If you just want a place that is relaxed, it's fine. The people are pretty nice. They have 25 cent sodas.

      Cons

      People advance simply because they have put in time. You it's next to impossible to advance quickly, except by transferring between departments.
