Super company culture. Actually gives you time off for volunteering. Encourages employees to work together so that everyone can be successful. Works with you to have a work life balance.

Cons

Wish it paid more. Need to know or be familiar with Home Depot's culture to be truly successful. No clothing and shoe allowance for getting paint on your pants or shoes (they provide lots of shirts).

Cons

Work life balance is nonexistent. Directors and Managers text and email at night and on pre-scheduled days off and expect responses. I’ve never felt babysat at my job until recently. For the amount of time spent in the office employees should not dread going to work. Walking into your job should not cause a negative physical reaction of stress and anxiety.
