Amazing culture. One of the rare companies that truly look out for you and put YOU first. I would go back if I could! The work life balance is truly amazing and the teams are really fun to work with.

Cons

There are less opportunities for growth if you cant relocate. Standard for any Sales position though.

Because of all the nepotism and office politics it's nearly impossible to do your job. Anyone with integrity would quit and the people left are just friends or family of current employees. H&R is completely useless when it comes to dealing and tracking complaints

Favoritism is at in all time high at this company. The leadership is all male and runs the company like a good old boys club. The company is very reactive, they say they are strategic but everything is done because they had to do it or react to a problem.
