      Thanks for your review! We love our people as much as we love our products, we're glad you did too! You're right, towards the late 2010s, there were a lot of vision changes, statements of direction, etc. We have settled into our Vision Statement now of "People & Technology.       Pros

      Attentive and concerned about employee needs. Very supportive. Wonderful emphasis on health and wellness. Great atmosphere and culture, co workers are professional and enjoyable. HMI development software very fun to work with and powerful. Tons of emphasis on employee growth and education. Great programs for recreation.

      Cons

      There is a bit of a lag in information being a global company regional concerns can be difficult to share abroad.

      I have been lucky to be part of the Beijer family for over 14 years. This is a company you plan a long term career, grow individually, great work/life balance. Many benefits available and team effort for success.
