Very little work. Chill environment.

Cons

Complete corporate culture. People are not technically strong. They have outsourced the majority of the work. So, Belden employees mostly manage outsourced teams.

- No stocks despite being the part of public company. - Actual annual bonus percentage is typically less than 50% of target
