      Pros

      Company vehicle provided for business and personal use for a fee. Very good bonus program. Company is growing.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive compared to other companies. All 401K funds were losing money. Company has a chronic under staffing situation. That situation leads to heavy overtime and high turnover. Documentation/manuals/technical support leave a lot to be desired. Very minimal career advancement opportunities
