      Stressful, not really worth the pay.

      Pros

      For the most part not micro managed. Could be a decent job if there was life balance. Ability to flex your knowledge of different trades. Can be rewarding if you are on your game. Decent overtime.

      Cons

      Poor life balance. stressful work load, not much training, high expectations from management. Too much data entry to close work orders. Management doesn't understand the stress nor do anything about it. High turnover. Thrown to the wolves.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the short commute to work.

      Cons

      - Little to no growth and development - Little to no communication about changes that will directly affect you - I felt oppressed while working there (good old boy system) - Overworked & underpaid (1 person can be expected to perform 3 persons tasks) - Lack of support and double standards -No accountability or integrity (Leadership) - Major changes are needed in Leadership

      No diversity, poor moral, poor training. Company losing business
